Cor Jesu is a Latin phrase for “Heart of Jesus.”
It’s an opportunity for anyone to encounter Christ through:
Eucharistic Adoration, Reconciliation, Silent Prayer, Volunteer Witnessing, Praise and Worship Music. Prayer Ministry immediately following the service

Where: St. Peter Claver Catholic Church
When: Tuesday, November 28, 2023
Time: 5:30-6:30 PM
Fellowship dinner in the Parish Hall: 6:30-7:30 PM

RSVP for the dinner by signing up after Sunday Masses on
November 5th, November 12th and/or November 19th.

Cor Jesu Service Schedule:
Greeting: 5:30 We will explain the whereabouts for Reconciliation and Prayer Ministry Room; this is an evening of Adoration through silent prayer and music; there will be a brief period to share about what the Lord is doing in your life or spoke to you here at Adoration. We will announce when that time begins.

Adoration: (5:35-5:45)
1. “O Salutoris Hostia”
2. 2. “For You, O God are my Strength”
3. “Ubi Caritas”

Witness Time: (5:45-5:55)
We will read a short Scripture passage about witnessing; ask if anyone would like to come share what the Lord is doing in their lives. 10 minutes ~At the end of 10 minutes, we will give a brief thank you that brings closure to this time of witnessing.

Continue with Adoration: (5:55-6:15)

Benediction (6:15-6:30)

(6:30) Fellowship with a meal, in the Parish Hall, for those who signed up.
